If you arrive by car you will enter Emsworth from the A27 between Chichester and Havant. Take the A259 to the roundabout signposted Emsworth. After 100m there is a small island where you turn right to the Harbour into South Street. Just before the quay you will find Mariners Cottage on the left.

If you intend to come to Emsworth by train there is a railway station 10 minutes from the cottage by foot. The train from London's Victoria takes just under two hours.

The nearest airports are London Gatwick (58 miles) and Southampton Eastleigh (24 miles).
